There are many factors to consider when installing a Heat Pump. our smart team will survey your home and complete a full system design to see if your property is suitable. Then we’ll provide a 100% fixed price no-obligation quote including your heat loss calculations.

Yes, the Government is helping to make the cost of installing a Heat Pump as attractive as possible with two initiatives.

  • No VAT is payable on the cost of buying and installing a Heat Pump.
  • They have introduced a Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) in England and Wales that can provide a grant of up to £7,500 to property owners through a voucher scheme, which can be used to reduce the cost of changing from a gas boiler to a Heat Pump.

A BUS voucher is how the Government gives you a financial contribution towards your new Heat Pump installation (if eligible). The Smart Team handle all of the paperwork, making it as simple as possible to upraade to a heat pump.

Through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme with Smart Energy Homes, you can receive up to £7,500 towards the cost and installation of an air source Heat Pump.
